Q1. Can I receive a single meal to try?
A1. Yes, you can either purchase it from our website from the single trial meal section or you can purchase it from our stores, subject to availability.
Q2. Can I receive my meal today?
A2. You can place orders for next day delivery by 12 noon previous day on our website, alternatively you can purchase it from our stores, subject to availability.
Q3. Can I use COD method to pay?
A3. As of now, we only accept online payments through our website. In case you wish to pay cash, you can pay at a store near you. Please contact our customer service numbers for cash transactions at store.
Q4. Can I choose my menu or select items in the meals?
A4. Our menu items are fixed and are designed keeping in mind variety throughout the week. In addition, our meal box is FSSAI certified, which doesn’t allow us to tamper with the approved offering.
Q5. What are the benefits of taking the subscription?
A5. Subscribing to Mealsby24Seven will be hassle-free solution to your daily meal’s requirement. It will be delivered to you at a time and location convenient to you. And in case you wish to pause the service for a few days, you can do it by modifying your delivery schedule. As long as we are notified before 12 noon previous day, your meal delivery can be edited. The subscription will not lapse if you do not utilise it in the time frame signed up for. In case you’ve paused your subscription, you can always restart it as per your convenience without the hassle of subscription expiry before the expiry of current subscription period or within 15 days.
Q6. Can I pause the subscription if I am travelling?
In case you wish to pause the service for a few days, you can do it by modifying your delivery schedule. As long as we are notified before 12 noon previous day, your meal delivery can be edited. The subscription will not lapse if you do not utilise it in the time frame signed up for. In case you’ve paused your subscription, you can always restart it as per your convenience without the hassle of subscription expiry. Pause option is available for weekly & monthly modes only.
Q7. What is the benefit of signing up for 30 days?
A7. Sign up for 30 days and you will be entitled to free delivery on your subscription. In case you opt for a plan lesser than 30 days of meals, you will have to be charged Rs. 50 per delivery.
Q8. Can I get roti instead of paratha in the meal box?
Yes, please specify it in special instructions.
Q9. What is the quantity of food and what do you give in your meal?
The total quantity of the meal box is 650 grams. It consists of a curried veg/non-veg main dish (paneer or chicken), dal/pulses, seasonal vegetable, raita, rice and parantha/roti. It is a hearty meal for one.
Q. 10 Are the meals spicy?
The meals are mildly spiced, making them palatable for most tastebuds.
Q. 11. Are the meals freshly cooked?
The meals are freshly prepared daily in our commissary. They are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles from our commissary to the stores, thus ensuring maximum freshness.
Q12. How are the meals packaged for delivery?
The meals are packaged in food grade thali style containers. They are delivered cold to ensure no contamination. Please refer to the heating instructions mentioned on the packaging.
Q13. Do you have Jain meals available?
As of now we do not have options for Jain meals.
Q 14. Can I get meals delivered round the clock?
Although our stores are open round the clock, the meals delivery service is available for certain time slots during lunch and dinner. One can choose from any of the following time slots for their meal’s delivery:
Lunch 12noon – 1pm
1pm – 2pm
2pm -3pm
Dinner 5pm – 6pm
6pm – 7pm
7pm - 8 pm
Q15. Where are the meals prepared?
Meals by 24Seven are prepared in the 24Seven commissary. It is certified as one of the best commissaries in the world by The Foundation Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000). Our commissary is compliant with international and independent standards to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and sanitization while handling your food.
The state-of-the art facility has automated machinery, is installed with rust-free pipelines and faucets and uses only RO treated water. While we are committed to provide you deliciously safe food, we are also committed towards the sustainability of our environment and hence your food comes from a carbon neutral facility.
With contact-less preparations to temperature-controlled packaging and transportation of food, you just need to sit back and relax, enjoy fresh and safe food at a 24Seven near you.
Q 16. Can I place bulk/party order?
Yes! We do take bulk/party orders. Please contact our customer service team with your details.
Q 17. If I’m unable to take delivery partner’s call, what happens to my order?
Delivery of Meals is done by reputed 3rd party delivery logistic companies. The delivery partners have been instructed to hand over the Meals only to bonafide subscribers after verifying the OTP received by the customer. Additionally, the delivery partners call the customer to reconfirm the delivery location before each delivery to ensure correctness of delivery.
In case the customer is unable to take calls of the delivery partner, the Meal is taken back to the nearest store & the customer can collect the same from the delivering store. If a repeat attempt is to be made, then the customer is liable to pay the delivery charges – location back to store & store to location.
Q 18. What happens in case of delivery missed due to bad weather or factors beyond control?
In case of non-availability of delivery partners due to bad weather, heavy rains, or force majeure situations delivery could get delayed or impacted. Orders if missed, would be made good at the end of the subscription period or next day.
